Retrieve Forgotten Username

For those rare occassions when you forget your Username, the Enterprise Portal provides a feature which allows you to retrieve your Forgotten Username and then allows you to enter your Password and Logon to the Enterprise Portal. This page provides instruction and reference to retrieve a Forgotten Username.

1. Open a browser window to the Enterprise Portal.

2. Select the Forgot Your Username link as shown in the circle at left.

3. Enter your email address in the Email ID text box as shown in circle #1 at left.

4. Select the Next button as shown in circle #2 at left.

5. Enter you answer to the Security Question in the Answer text box as shown in the circle at left.

6. Re-enter your answer in the Confirm text box as shown in the circle at left.

7. Select the Submit button as shown in the circle at left.

8. Your Username will be displayed as shown in circle #1 at left.

9. Select the OK button as shown in circle #2 at left.

10. The Enterprise Logon Page page will be displayed indicating the process is complete.

Now that you have seen a demonstration of the process and stepped through the pages one at a time, it's time for you to gain some proficiency with the process. Selecting the Play Exercise button at left provides you with an exercise of the process, which you can repeat as needed. Be sure to note any information given that you will need to complete the exercise.
